Delivery within NZ usually takes 3–5 business days.

Delivery to Australia typically takes 7–12 business days.

We’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Yes! If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on most items (unopened, unused, and in original packaging). Please email us at info@ohcutiebaby.com to start the process.
